Help name our new collab and WIN IT! AND a FREEBIE for you, a $1 sale, and fun news!

Good Evening!  (Or, if you see this in the morning, Good Morning!

GREAT NEWS:  I have finally gotten my part of a new collab kit with Correen Silke FINISHED!  It is, right now, in the hands of our CT, and I can't WAIT to see what they do with it!  It is a very LARGE kit!  Actually, Correen and I both made pretty much a full-size kit, so it's more like 2 kits - but we will sell it at a nice ONE-kit price!

BUT, we have a little dilemna:  What to name the kit??  The kit has a "home/family/every-day" kind of feeling/theme, and one idea Correen had is "Our House".  But we decided it would be fun to see if our scrapping friends could come up with a fabulous name - and I have no doubt that someone out there WILL!  And that person (or persons, if we combine more than one idea) will receive the whole huge kit as a "Thank-you for your help!" gift from Correen and I.   I have done this with 2 kits in the past:  Whisper-Soft and Wild-Thing - and both of those are my 2 favorite-name kits!   So put on your thinking caps and see what you can come up with.  Reply in the comments here, and please be SURE to leave your e-mail or maybe a user-name at DigiShopTalk, so that we can get ahold of you if you win.

First, I am excited to let y'all know that I'm going to be featured in the October Issue of the ScrapStreet digi-scrap E-zine!  How cool is that?  I'm honored!   Honestly, it has been a few months since I made my gift for that, so I really can't remember *exactly* what is in there, but I do remember making some Trick-or-Treat goodies, including both digi-scrap goodies AND some Digi-Cuts™  vector files for electronic cutting machines!  (Cricut, Silhouete, etc.)   Think spider-webs, pumpkins, and candy-corn!  :)   So, if you're not already signed up, or if you don't already read that monthly (free!) THEN, I am so thrilled and honored to have a little guest designer feature in the next Winter issue of 

Scrap-N-Art, an absolutely fabulous E-Zine for digi-scrappers, paper-scrappers-and-crafters, and hybrid artists, all rolled into one!  This one again, I made my designer-gift a few months ago, so it's also a bit fuzzy what I included, but I do know that this reader-gift is ALL Digi-Cuts™ - and all with a Wintery/Christmas theme.  So those of you with electronic cutters will want to check that out!   :)   Many of these magazines and E-zines have to be all prepared several months ahead of time, so I've been sitting on this news for a few months now, and glad to finally spill the beans!  (Too bad I don't remember all the details now! LOL!)

Oh  - one last thing - some of you may have noticed that I have just recently began including my "real" last name on my blog-header, packaging, etc.  I decided that since my kiddos are both now old enough that I don't need to worry about some perv tricking them into going with them or something, that I could start using my real name again!  For the last several years, since I started digi-scrapping and designing,  I have not ever used my last name, because I had many photos of my beautiful kiddos in my galleries, and I didn't want anyone to be able to track them down.  Now that Eliza is 18 and David 14, I decided I didn't need to do that anymore.  Isn't it sad that we even have to worry about such things?  Just thought I'd let y'all know why my packaging name has changed a bit.  I'll still be using Jill DZines mainly, but thought maybe some of y'all would like to know that I have a "real" name too. LOL!  ;)
